Introduction: These Terms are a simple agreement between you and LogSent; by installing or using LogSent, you agree to them.

License: to Use the App We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LogSent on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with Apple’s App Store rules.

Your Content: You own the content you create in LogSent. We do not host your content; it stays on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud. You are responsible for any backups you want to keep.

Subscriptions: and Billing The yearly plan is billed through Apple In-App Purchase and auto-renews unless you cancel at least twenty-four hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Prices may change and Apple will show changes when required. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable Use: Please do not misuse or attempt to bypass subscriptions or limits, do not upload or share unlawful or infringing content, and do not use the app to harm, harass, or spam others.

Safety Notice: Climbing is inherently risky. LogSent is for information and logging only and is not a safety device or professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and safety.

No Warranties: LogSent is provided “as is,” without warranties or guarantees of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term, if any.

Third-Party and Apple: These Terms are between you and LogSent, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for support or claims, and your use of LogSent is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Termination: You may stop using LogSent and uninstall it at any time; we may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms and will show updates in-app and/or on the App Store page; continuing to use LogSent after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction; you may change this if you prefer a different jurisdiction.

Introduction LogSent ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by LogSent.

Information Collection and Use LogSent is designed to operate entirely on your local device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or climbing data to external servers.

Data Storage All data generated through your use of LogSent, including but not limited to climbing records, personal settings, and performance statistics, is stored locally on your Apple device.

iCloud Sync If you have enabled iCloud sync on your device, your LogSent data may be synced to your personal iCloud account. This process is managed by Apple, and we do not have access to this data.

Purchases and Subscriptions LogSent offers paid features, including a yearly plan, through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide non-personal purchase or receipt information that your device uses to verify an active plan and unlock features locally.

Third-Party Access We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with any third parties. There are no analytics or tracking systems implemented in LogSent.

Data Security We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure or access.

Your Choices You can control iCloud sync in your device settings. Deleting the app removes local data on your device, and if you used iCloud you can remove LogSent data from your iCloud settings.

Children LogSent is not directed to children under the age required by local law to consent to data practices; if you are under that age, use the app only with a parent or guardian.

Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the App Store page for LogSent.
